Good night sleep, wake up FRESH
A good nights sleep is very important - that’s how you (and most importantly - your brain) regenerates. But just as important as the sleep itself is the waking up part.
You might have heard about something called ”sleep cycle” before. You see - when you go to sleep you don’t sleep exactly the same way the entire time. Your sleep is divided into cycles - usually about 4-5 per night. And in all of those cycles there are moments when you’re deep into sleep, when your brain and body regenerates the most and there are moments when you’re in much lighter sleep, when you have dreams or even wake up for a moment.
There’s also one more thing about this cycle you should know. When you are in deep sleep it’s much harder to wake you up (that’s why alarm clocks have so annoying sounds) and when you wake up during the deep sleep part of your cycle you will feel much more tired, disoriented and in a bad mood, even if you’ve slept for a long time.
It’s much better for you and your body to wake up when you’re in the light sleep phase of your cycle, even if it means you would sleep less. Unfortunately - most of alarm clocks work without that knowledge in mind and wakes you up at a certain hour you set your alarm to. If it happens to wake you up when you’re not deep sleeping - great, but more often than not, it does, leaving you waking feeling like you need 5 minutes more sleep.

We say clock, but we should have said clocks, because SmartClock comes with many themes. You can choose a theme, so your clock will look like an analog clock or a nice, animated flip clock or even a futuristic LCD clock! And that’s not all, because more themes are to come in future updates. All that makes SmartClock one of the best designed clocks on the App Store℠.
HD rymes with FREE
There are a lot of HD applications on the App Store;. Unfortunately for you and us (we’re App Store client’s too), also a lot of them cost extra. You may have an application on your iPhone® but if you want to have it on your iPad®, well - you’ll have to pay again.
